Feb. 18, 2011 observed the grand opening of “2011 target responsibility documents signing ceremony” held by Jiangsu Weihe Marine Equipment Co., Ltd in Changjiang Hotel. The big event was hosted in order to further make clear the business goal of Weihe, arouse enthusiasm and responsibility of the division principals, build up the sense of ownership of all the staffs, and eventually ensure the realization of all the targets in 2011.

   Members of the Board of Directors from Nicetown Group, which is the mother group of Jiangsu Weihe, leaders of Jiangsu Weihe, middle-ranking officials and key personnels attended the signing ceremony. Xiangsheng Leng, general manager of Jiangsu Weihe Marine Equipment Co., Ltd first assigned tasks for each department, and also emphasized the below three attentions: We should eye on the market and hold the market initiatively; We should tightening up management and we should be specialized in this field.; The last but not least, we should focus on the personnel training and improve the professional skills of each staff. After the speech of Mr. Leng, leaders from the marketing department, deck division, and outfitting division respectively made their speech and then signed the target responsibility documents with the general manager.
